As an Entry Level Team Member, you will work directly with customers, support client accounts, and represent AT&T's residential telecommunications services. You will help customers choose the right plans, manage their accounts, resolve service questions, and support overall sales and marketing efforts. DTW Solutions, Inc. provides a development-focused environment where every Account Manager receives hands-on training, leadership coaching, and daily opportunities to grow in management, sales leadership, and customer account support.

Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Team Member:

  • Represent AT&T as an Entry Level Team Member managing, updating, and growing customer and client accounts across our residential telecommunications campaign.
  • Build meaningful customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for account questions, service requests, and ongoing support.
  • Engage directly with customers to identify telecommunications needs, explain AT&T wireless and internet solutions, and present personalized sales recommendations.
  • Perform accurate and detailed account management, maintaining updated customer information, service plans, sales activity logs, and marketing documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, AT&T technical support, marketing staff, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about AT&T telecommunications products, new promotions, pricing updates, wireless features, and bundled service options to educate customers effectively.
  • Support daily and weekly sales goals, account growth targets, customer retention outcomes, and territory marketing performance.

Qualifications for the Entry Level Team Member Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, account support, hospitality, or telecommunications is helpful.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with diverse customers and clients.
  • Highly motivated to grow into management, account leadership, and sales operations roles.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced telecommunications and marketing environment with shifting customer demands.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with confidence in making customer-focused decisions.
  • Adaptable, coachable, reliable, and ready to grow as a professional Account Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
