The Accounts Receivable Clerk is an integral part of the PK Finance Team, responsible for supporting 5 growing, established companies. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following:

Accounts Receivable

  • Prepare invoices using information from project managers/operations.
  • Analyze supporting documents to ensure the accuracy of the invoice. 
  • Ensure that the proper tax exemption certificates are obtained. 
  • Submit invoices on various customer portals.
  • Maintain relationships with customers' accounts payable.
  • Payment application of deposit activity.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain Accounts Payable vendors in accounting system.
  • Function as a backup for various functions in the Finance Team.

Skills / Experience necessary

  • High school diploma
  • 2-5 years accounting experience
  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices.
  • Willingness to learn accounting practices and procedures.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience required including proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Quick Books experience preferred.


Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm on site (not remote or hybrid)
