Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards, ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Skills

• Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with food handling practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash accurately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
