Strategic Alignment & Planning Translating business strategy into actionable IT strategies and architectural roadmaps. Evaluating technology strategy, business applications, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the IT landscape. Developing and maintaining the Ford's Marketing and CRM IT strategy and roadmap. Architecture Development & Governance Designing and implementing IT systems and processes that align with business objectives. Establishing and enforcing architecture governance processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across IT projects. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field OR a combination of education and experience 2+ years' experience in Salesforce CRM. Solution Architecture experience is required. Experience as Software Developer, Systems Analyst, or Solution Architect. Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Adobe or other CRM technologies. Relevant certifications such as TOGAF and Salesforce. This position is a range of salary grades 8. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
