What You'll Do:

This full-time on-site role, based in Grand Prairie, TX, is for a Manufacturing Supervisor. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations while ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, coordinating production plans, managing workflow to meet deadlines, monitoring adherence to quality control standards, and fostering effective communication across teams. The role also involves addressing and resolving operational issues promptly to maintain productivity.

What You Bring:

  • Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and ability to guide production staff effectively
  • Experience in production planning and efficient management of workflow
  • Proficiency in quality control practices and maintaining production standards
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating within teams and across departments
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations and processes
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to ensure timely resolution of operational challenges
  • Proven ability to work in an on-site manufacturing environment
  • Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields is advantageous
