We're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our facility in top shape. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Tackle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our facility

  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend efficient solutions

  • Support inventory and production areas with facility upkeep

  • Read blueprints, follow work orders, and complete hands-on repair projects

  • Handle minor plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication tasks

  • Keep exterior grounds clean and safe (walkways, lots, etc.)

  • Collaborate with other departments and assist with R&D tasks when needed

  • Use project management tools to track and prioritize work

  • Order materials and provide cost estimates when required

What You Bring:

  • Maintenance, construction, or general labor experience

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle tools safely

  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and basic repairs

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be 21+ years old

  • A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with PVC, ABS, and PEX piping

  • Know your way around non-welded steel assembly

  • Are tech-savvy with digital project management tools
