Descripción General

Buscamos una persona responsable, organizada y orientada al detalle para ocupar la posición de Empleado(a) de Facturación y Entrada de Datos. El candidato ideal será capaz de manejar procesos de facturación con precisión y mantener datos actualizados en nuestros sistemas. Esta posición requiere un alto nivel de exactitud, confidencialidad y compromiso con la eficiencia administrativa.

Responsabilidades Principales

Data Entry:

  • Generar y procesar facturas de manera precisa y oportuna.
  • Verificar discrepancias y resolver problemas de facturación junto a los especialistas.
  • Mantener registros y documentación de facturación organizados.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para atender consultas relacionadas con facturación.
  • Monitorear cuentas por cobrar y dar seguimiento a pagos pendientes.
  • Organizar y mantener archivos físicos y digitales.
  • Ingresar y actualizar datos en las bases de datos, registros y hojas de cálculo.
  • Transferir información desde documentos en papel a sistemas informáticos.
  • Crear y manejar hojas de cálculo con grandes volúmenes de información sin errores.
  • Verificar la exactitud de los datos comparándolos con documentos fuente.
  • Recuperar y mantener información actualizada según sea necesario.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en facturación y/o entrada de datos.
  • Conocimiento en MS Office, especialmente Excel y Word.
  • Habilidad rápida para escribir.
  • Conocimientos básicos en manejo de bases de datos y sistemas administrativos.
  • Excelente atención al detalle y capacidad para detectar errores.
  • Buenas habilidades de organización, precisión y gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en equipo.
  • Diploma de escuela superior o equivalente.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $10.51 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
