**About the Ro
le**
We are seeking a talented and passionate designer to join our client's dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing the brand to life in tangible, high-impact ways, flexing your creative muscles across a wide range of printed materials. You'll be the expert who ensures every printed piece, from initial concept to final production, embodies the brand's essence and leaves a lasting impression. This position is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to continuously grow their craft within a creatively driven cul
ture.
**Key Responsibili
ties**
* Design a wide range of high-quality print assets, including in-store fixtures and graphics, influencer marketing materials, educational and training tools, magazine and out-of-home advertisements, event graphics, pop-up activations, and various brand coll
ateral.* Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Brand, Sales, Marketing, Copy, and Events to deliver compelling, on-brand visual sol
utions.* Incorporate multiple rounds of feedback with professionalism and openness, refining designs based on input from the Design Director and key project stakeh
olders.* Ensure all printed materials consistently align with brand guidelines and maintain strong visual consistency across all ch
annels.* Prepare and meticulously package files for production, working directly with vendors and print partners to ensure flawless execution and exceptional q
uality.* Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational
skills.* Stay current with the latest print design trends, materials, and production techniques to ensure creative output remains fresh, innovative, and imp
actful.
**Required Skills & Expe
rience**
* 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong focus on prin
t design.* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, or equivalent practical ex
perience.* Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and P
hotoshop.* Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production best p
ractices.* Proven experience preparing production-ready files and effectively collaborating with print
vendors.* A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of high-quality print des
ign work.* Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, customer-centric visual s
olutions.* Collaborative mindset with the ability to handle multiple rounds of feedback gracefully and constr
uctively.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and pres
entation.* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing time and priorities eff
ectively.* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow and develop within a dynamic creative team env
ironment.* Passion for beauty, fashion, or retail design ae
sthetics.
