The Senior Project Manager - Multifamily will oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Description

  • Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager - Multifamily should have:
