Entry Level HR Assistant
to join our corporate team in Calabasas. This isn't just any admin job—this is your opportunity to help people find work while building a solid career in human resources.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, helping them move through the hiring process quickly and smoothly. Your days will include:

  • Reaching out to candidates who apply to our job ads
  • Phone screening candidates to match them with open roles
  • Writing job postings that attract top talent (yep, even better than this one)
  • Coordinating interviews and communicating with recruiters
  • Running reference checks and helping with compliance
  • Scheduling temp assignments and tracking timecards
  • Keeping the team in sync with who's coming in and for what roles

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or staffing experience preferred
  • Great communicator—especially over the phone
  • Organized, proactive, and punctual
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background and drug check if required
