We're seeking a
licensed massage therapist
who:

  • Thinks beyond just massage - you understand the value of presentation, sales, and client experience.
  • Gets energized by growth and helping build something new from the ground up.
  • Believes in high-touch, high-value service and knows how to deliver a premium client experience.
  • Is confident with
    performance-oriented bodywork
    (sports, deep tissue, recovery focus).
  • Wants an opportunity where
    effort and creativity translate directly into income.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide customized massage and recovery sessions (60, 90, and 120 minutes).
  • Educate clients on performance and recovery benefits, upsell and bundle services.
  • Collaborate on the creation of wellness packages, memberships, and add-ons.
  • Contribute to the aesthetic and client journey, help us make the space truly premium.

This is a true partnership role — we're looking for someone who wants to
grow a concept, not just fill a shift.
