- Ensure team members are effectively and efficiently trained and cross trained in all phases of their position on the credit union's core data processing system, intranet, products and services and other related software applications using various learning styles to ensure exceptional service to members.
- Oversee and administer the PDCU learning management system. Coordinate online training strategy and ensure that PDCU is getting the most benefit from the platform while maximizing functionality. Administrative duties include resolving technical issues, communications, developing and overseeing e-training and stakeholder management.
- Formulates training programs and events using research and determines instructional methods utilizing individual training, group instructions, demonstrations, and workshops; selects or develops training aids such as handbooks, visual aids and tutorials. Follow up with team development and track progress through testing both new and incumbents on a variety of topics through regular participation on team activities.
- Collaborates with Learning and Development Manager to assist with staff development guidelines.
- Maintains and tracks an educational calendar and library of resources, plans, and organizes training events, measures, and reports impact of training effectiveness, maintains checklists, reports, and transcripts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of classroom and/or virtual training experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year training content development required.
- Experience using Symitar preferred.
- BVS Learning Management System experience preferred.
- Associates degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
**Must pass background, credit inquiry and drug screen.
