Minimum Qualifications

· 3 years or more experience in the automotive repair, custom car, truck, and/or Hot Rod industry.

· Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change

· Job Type: Full-time

· Pay is based on experience and ability

Responsibilities:

· Work closely others in the shop to drive efficiency and problem solve.

· Hold yourself accountable, and be willing to accept constructive criticism when needed.

· Uphold the proper budget for each project.

· Maintain proper record of time and materials.

· Operate a variety of hand, power, shop tools, and equipment.

· Support fellow teammates as needed

· Knowledge of: Methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials.

· Perform other related duties as assigned

· Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines

· Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes.

· Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.

· Ability to embrace new methods with little to no hesitation.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the following Skills:

· Automotive electrical system wiring

· Knowledge of all automotive systems

· Welding skills with Mig and Tig

· Rust repair

· Panel Replacement and Panel design

· Form and fitment of metal

· Structural fabrication

· Body sheet metal fab and repair.

· Chassis and suspension installation and fab

· Plumbing of automotive systems including cooling, A/C, exhaust, fuel and brake systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
