We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Body Shop Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate estimates for repairs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the repair process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of auto service management, ensuring that clients feel informed and valued.

Responsibilities

Evaluate damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs required.Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor.Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options and costs.Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate assessments of repairs.Maintain organized records of estimates and customer interactions.Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and estimating software.

Qualifications

Previous experience in auto estimating or as a service technician is preferred.Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.Proven customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to transmit information clearly and effectively to both customers and team members.Familiarity with auto service management practices is a plus.
