Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Assist with inventory management and restocking - Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers - Meet or exceed sales goals - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Experience: - Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required - Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus - Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change Skills: - Ability to sell products and persuade customers to make purchases - Strong sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Mechanical knowledge a plus We offer competitive pay and bonus opportunities.
