Responsibilities

·      Must possess strong skills in working with computers

·      Must be extremely proficient in all aspects of EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ADOBE and MICROSOFT OFFICE as well as understanding the different varieties within these programs

·      Excellent spreadsheet and word processing skills

·      Accuracy of data and information entry is extremely important and of the utmost importance when preparing and compiling various reports

·      Have strong written and communication skills while paying attention to highly detailed data

·      This individual will assist customers in a variety of ways. Duties shall include answering the phones and assisting current and potential customers in a professional demeanor along with responding to email correspondence in a timely manner.

·      Must possess strong customer service skills

·      Develop trusted customer relationships by anticipating customer needs

·      Handle details of highly confidential information and non-routine information

·      Independent judgement is required to organize and prioritize a diversified workload

Qualifications/Requirements


• years prior administrative or general customer service experience preferred


• High school graduate or equivalent required/College Education would be advantageous


• Must be able to work independently


• Must be professional when representing yourself and company


• Excellent verbal, listening and written communications skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint is mandatory


• Ongoing business development through training


• Banking experience is beneficial


• Reliable transportation
