Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, and those in need of memory care. Duties:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor and record vital signs

- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques

- Help with meal preparation and feeding

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

- Document client care activities and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors preferred

- Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques

- Ability to lift and assist with transfers as needed

- Familiarity with medical records documentation

- Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Compassionate and patient demeanor
