Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Team Zhong, one of the most-watched creators in the world with over 20 billion views across YouTube and Amazon Prime, is on the hunt for their Creative Producer/Director to launch a brand-new long-form series We're helping them fill this position.

If you're passionate about creating bold, fast-paced content for Gen Alpha audiences and excited to build something from the ground up, this is the right role for you.

Requirements:

  • You're based in Los Angeles and available full-time on-site in West Hollywood
  • You have experience creating long-form YouTube content (challenge, prank, storyline formats)
  • You're a jack-of-all-trades who can write, produce, and lead creatively on set
  • You have a strong understanding of pacing, structure, and viewer retention
  • You can make confident creative decisions and pivot quickly when needed
  • You're comfortable directing talent and making real-time adjustments during shoots
  • You're familiar with creators like Zhong, Stokes Twins, Ben Azelart, NichLmao, Preston, and Topper Guild
  • Experience with kids & family content and scripted/challenge videos is essential

Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts and write scripts for long-form minute) episodes
  • Produce episodes from initial planning through on-set execution
  • Work directly with talent, producers, and crew to bring ideas to life
  • Shape and maintain the tone of the new long-form series
  • Guide the edit by reviewing cuts and providing creative notes
  • Lead on-set production and make story adjustments in real-time
  • Oversee each episode from concept to final cut
  • Collaborate daily with the team at the West Hollywood studio
