Requirements


• Experience: 4+ years of experience in platform engineering, software development, or related fields, with a strong focus on collaboration tools.


• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Jira, including configuration, customization, and deployment of Jira-based solutions.


• Programming Skills: Proficient in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, with practical experience in developing integrations and plugins.


• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD practices, automated testing, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for application deployment.


• Database Management: Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and understanding data modeling and architecture.


• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex issues related to platform performance.


• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to others.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for managing application deployments.


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.


• Previous experience in user experience design and optimization for collaborative platforms.
