About the Role
As an Associate Patent Attorney, you will:
- Draft and prosecute patent applications using our Litigation Quality Patents approach
- Deliver top-tier concierge-level service through orchestrated systems
- Collaborate with a driven, respectful team of A-Team Players
- Support and retain high-quality clients who are serious about innovation and monetization

Compensation
We offer competitive compensation. The base salary for this role is commensurate with experience.
Who You Are
- Experienced patent attorney who is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member in good standing of at least one state bar
- Skilled in drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications

Education & Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. All team members will be trained in the Litigation Quality Patents process.
- Must have a degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale – no exceptions.
- Registered to practice before the United States Patent Office
- Must be a member of one state bar in good standing
Additional Requirements:
- Must be available Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Candidates must have a quiet, professional home office setup with reliable internet and a personal computer suitable for performing the duties of this role.
