As an Associate Patent Attorney, you will:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications using our Litigation Quality Patents approach
• Deliver top-tier concierge-level service through orchestrated systems

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation. The base salary for this role is commensurate with experience.

Who You Are

• Experienced patent attorney who is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member in good standing of at least one state bar
• Skilled in drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications

Education & Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. All team members will be trained in the Litigation Quality Patents process.
• Must have a degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale – no exceptions.
• Registered to practice before the United States Patent Office
• Must be a member of one state bar in good standing

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Candidates must have a quiet, professional home office setup with reliable internet and a personal computer suitable for performing the duties of this role.
