, is seeking an
ERP & Business Applications Analyst
to help enhance and support enterprise systems used across production, supply chain, and finance.

You'll join a collaborative team that values initiative, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem-solving. This position plays a key role in optimizing ERP performance, driving data visibility, and ensuring smooth cross-functional operations.

What You'll Do

  • Support and enhance ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, IFS, or Dynamics) through their full lifecycle.
  • Configure, test, and document changes in multi-tier environments (dev/test/prod).
  • Collaborate with ERP vendors to identify and resolve technical or functional issues.
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications and actionable solutions.
  • Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate integrations (ETL, B2B) between enterprise systems.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend system or process improvements.
  • Lead system-related projects from planning through implementation.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, IT, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or implementing ERP systems, ideally 4+ years in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong SQL database skills, including query development and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform or .NET development preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Charleston, SC area.
