This CHC located in Kennebec County follows a Patient Centered Care Model.

The Nurse Practitioner will work 4 10 hr. days, see in average 18 patients per shift and manage a patient panel of all age groups.

The FNP will treat acute and complex medical issues, preform school and sport physicals, and prescribe and manage medications as needed.

In addition to no cost health care for the employee and family and generous time off they also offer a 403-b, CME time and money, all dues, fees and license and loan repayment assistance.

To qualify for this position your Family Nurse Practitioner must have:

  • FNP-C
  • 2 years' experience treating all age groups in a primary care setting
  • Have worked in or interested in working in a Community Health Care setting
  • Have or able to obtain a Maine License
  • NO NEW GRADATES will be considered for this position.
