What You'll Manage & Oversee

A/V Equipment & Inventory

  • Oversee all audio/visual warehouse operations, including tracking, staging, prepping, and returning equipment.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels and maintain organized storage of audio, lighting, video, projection, and related gear.
  • Receive, inspect, test, and catalog incoming equipment to ensure readiness and quality.
  • Prepare, pack, and verify outgoing equipment for shows, ensuring everything is complete and protected.

Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff and technicians involved in A/V prep and logistics.
  • Assign tasks, set expectations, and ensure deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with technical directors and A/V teams to schedule maintenance, repairs, and equipment refresh cycles.
  • Develop and improve inventory systems, warehouse processes, and overall operational workflow.

Who We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with professional A/V equipment (audio, video, lighting, projection, cabling, etc.).
  • Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a warehouse, A/V, logistics, or technical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to track multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
