Automotive Fleet Delivery Specialist Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass background and drug screening.

  • Flexible schedule — availability for occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Automotive Fleet Delivery Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery and pickup of vehicles to and from client locations.

Inspect vehicles before and after delivery for quality, cleanliness, and safety.

  • Accurately complete all required delivery and inspection documentation.
  • Maintain communication with clients, dealerships, and internal logistics teams to ensure timely scheduling.
  • Assist with vehicle registration, titling, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Manage vehicle inventory within the fleet system and report discrepancies.

  • Ensure vehicles are fueled, detailed, and in top condition prior to delivery.
  • Support the Fleet Operations team with logistics planning and daily workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour
