Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in West Chester, PA. The Personal Banker will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized banking solutions to clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing deposits, opening new accounts, and offering financial advice. The Personal Banker will work closely with clients to understand and meet their financial needs while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Personal Banking, Deposits, and Opening New Accounts
  • Strong foundation in Finance and related banking activities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Previous banking experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems
