**Overview:**

We are looking for experienced servers, baristas, and bartenders. Weekend availability is a must. Prelude is a fast-paced upscale brunch spot in Rogers, and we offer some of the most competitive pay in the area in addition to the best breakfast in town.

**Pay Structure:**

We are a tip pool restaurant. All of the tips are pooled and split amongst every FOH employee based on hours worked.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed

  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

  • Provide the highest quality steps of service from start to finish

  • Maintain a clean and organized dining room

  • Have a strong knowledge of the menu and potential allergens

  • Maintain professionalism and follow dress code

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction

**Experience:**

  • At least 1 year in front of house restaurant work is required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
