Village Capital & Investment LLC is a growing mortgage company headquartered in Henderson, NV. We're looking for licensed, experienced Loan Officers who are driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping borrowers refinance with confidence.

We specialize in VA and FHA cash-out refinance loans and provide exclusive warm leads from our servicing portfolio of 70,000+ loans. Our dedicated outbound dialing team and marketing engine bring the clients to you-so you can focus on what you do best: closing loans.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound transfers and outbound calls to guide borrowers through the refinance processBuild quick rapport and transition leads to full loan applicationsClearly explain VA, FHA, and conventional refinance benefitsManage daily calls/emails/texts using pre-scripted communicationCollaborate with operations to ensure fast, accurate closingsMaintain compliance and professional conduct throughout the process

What We're Looking For:

Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain)1+ year of inside sales or call center experience preferredExperience with VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loansComfortable working with CRMs, Google Suite, and loan origination systems (Encompass preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to multitaskHigh school diploma or equivalentAuthorized to work in the U.S.Must pass a criminal and credit background check
