Real Estate Agent Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in keeping our office organized and ensuring our marketing and client communications are top-notch. Your main areas of focus will be:
- Contact & Client Management:
- Maintain and update our client database, ensuring all information for current and past clients is accurate
- Track and follow up with leads to ensure timely communication
- Assist agents with client communications, including calls, emails, and texts
- Organize client files, contracts, and documents for easy access
- Marketing & Listings:
- Create and post property listings on MLS and other real estate platforms
- Manage social media marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram posts and stories, LinkedIn updates, and other platforms
- Design digital marketing materials such as flyers, graphics, and email campaigns
- Promote open houses, new listings, and property events online
- Track engagement metrics and adjust marketing strategies as needed
- Database & Office Support:
- Assist with scheduling property showings, inspections, and client appointments
- Coordinate closing documents and follow-ups with clients, lenders, and title companies
- Perform general office tasks such as scanning, filing, data entry, and organizing office materials
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and support agents with administrative needs
And other tasks as well
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate or real estate administrative support preferred but not required
- Experience managing social media platforms and running ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude
