Logistics Coordinator — Picture Framing Company

Full-Time | On-Site | [Hillside, NJ]

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage delivery scheduling, route planning, and shipment coordination for our growing picture framing company. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience coordinating deliveries, and a background using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and optimize daily delivery routes for drivers
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with clients via phone & email
  • Manage domestic shipping (labels, tracking, packaging, claims, scheduling)
  • Maintain order status updates in our internal systems
  • Communicate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
  • Handle logistics documents, BOLs, shipping labels, and delivery confirmations
  • Provide customer support regarding delivery timelines, tracking, and issues

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, dispatching, or route coordination (preferred)
  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or freight shippers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication with clients and vendors
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish required

Bonus / Nice to Have

  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
  • Experience using , QuickBooks, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of NYC and tri-state delivery routes (if applicable)
