Preschool Leadership/Administrator

Are you a passionate early childhood professional with strong leadership and organizational skills? We are seeking a Preschool Leader/Administrator to join our team and help create a warm, nurturing, and enriching environment for young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily preschool operations, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- Support and guide teachers and staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
- Communicate effectively with families, fostering strong home–school connections.
- Manage administrative duties such as enrollment, scheduling, and compliance with licensing regulations.
- Implement curriculum goals and school-wide initiatives that promote child development and creativity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) or higher degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Proven experience in preschool administration or leadership preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of state childcare regulations and DCF standards.
- A love for children and a commitment to providing an excellent early learning experience.
