Oracle Sales Cloud Lead Consultant

JOB SUMMARY:

A Lead Consultant at Argano is part of the consulting family, responsible for providing strategic technology consulting services to large clients or within the organization, leading major strategic initiatives, and managing key client relationships. They apply extensive experience and knowledge of a client's business or an area of technology to help them make improvements in how they operate, most frequently to help them grow revenue or become more profitable. They offer recommendations for entering new markets, making existing products more competitive or implementing operational improvements. They indirectly be mentors to other areas and grades.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle Sales Cloud solutions for our clients
  • Be recognized as Techno/Functional expert in Oracle Sales Cloud and interdependent Oracle CX Applications, including but not limited to Oracle CPQ, Oracle SM, Oracle CDM.
  • Configure and Implement OTBI & BI Publisher reports to provide actionable insights for sales teams.
    Develop custom dashboards and reports for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology.
  • Perform hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements. Identify and document technical gaps.
  • Liaise between technical, functional, business and system integrator teams.
  • Conduct solution architecture reviews to Guide technical team to deliver high quality solutions.
  • Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams and Manage task assignments within the teams. Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
  • Collaborate with large clients or internal stakeholders to assess their needs and challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions. Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios.
  • Lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet quality standards.
  • Provide direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and innovations and assess their relevance to the organization.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD (technical accounting, management system, Business Admin, etc.) expected.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 8 to 10 years of consulting or industry experience.
  • 4+ years in leading Oracle Sales Cloud in a project setting, integrating with Oracle CPQ, Oracle ERP.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud modules, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Territories, Forecasting, Incentive Compensation, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM
  • Experience in Sales Force Automation (SFA), Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Sales Performance Management within Oracle Sales Cloud.
  • Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and relevant systems.
  • Leading and managing different projects
  • Up to date understanding of latest releases and functionality for Oracle Sales Cloud 
  • Preferred experience in integration with Oracle CPQ, Oracle ERP, Oracle Subscription Management and Marketing Cloud
  • Preferred experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.

  • Strong understanding: Various domains such as networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, databases, etc. Understanding of business processes and how technology can be aligned with business goals. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals in a clear and understandable manner. In-depth knowledge of industry-specific technologies and best practices.
  • Strategic Leadership: Thought leadership for projects and require visionary leadership skills.
  • Client Management: Managing key client accounts and relationships at a high level is critical. Familiarity with different operating systems and software applications.
  • Industry Reputation: Building and maintaining a strong industry reputation and network are important.
