We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
Project Manager
to lead and support key corporate initiatives aligned with our business plans and company-wide priorities. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, stakeholders are informed, and teams remain aligned and effective across a global organization.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Assess project impact, scope, and effort required for corporate initiatives
  • Define project objectives, requirements, assumptions, and success criteria
  • Develop, implement, and manage detailed project plans and schedules for multiple concurrent projects
  • Partner closely with global project teams, stakeholders, and operational units to ensure alignment on priorities, processes, and communication
  • Facilitate and lead effective, regularly scheduled project meetings
  • Provide strategic guidance on project methodology, resource allocation, and facilitation
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines while proactively managing risks and issues
  • Continuously improve project strategies by incorporating feedback from project owners, teams, and stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management or similar role
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Proven history of high performance managing projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and receptive in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Requirements

  • General office environment with extended periods of sitting and computer use
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
  • Commitment to company safety, quality, and performance standards
