Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe and efficient environment for all employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensuring their satisfaction with completed work.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience/Requirements

  • HVAC certification required
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems.
  • Electrical experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is advantageous but not required.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
