Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Rehabilitation Technician to join one of the busiest chiropractic clinics in the Dallas area. Our team sees 80–100 patients per day, and we are looking for a bilingual, coachable team member to support patient care, therapy, and rehab services in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

This is not a massage position — all therapy is performed over clothing and focuses on trigger point work, stretching, rehab, and patient support. No license is required. We provide full training for the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist chiropractors with patient intake, consults, and re-exams
  • Perform trigger point therapy, stretching, and rehab techniques (over clothing)
  • Set up, monitor, and assist patients on spinal decompression tables
  • Apply and manage electrical stimulation therapy and other modalities
  • Take digital X-rays and help with imaging setup
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients about their care
  • Maintain a clean, organized therapy area and ensure smooth patient flow
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience and work closely with chiropractors and the care team

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) — non-negotiable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new clinical skills and follow protocols
  • Previous experience in therapy, rehab, fitness, or patient care preferred but not required
  • Team-oriented mindset and passion for helping people improve their health
