About Us

We are a real estate development and investment group focused on premium residential projects in the Greater Seattle and Bellevue area. With several upcoming townhome and condominium developments, we are expanding our in-house sales team and seeking a motivated
Real Estate Broker
to lead and manage sales operations directly from within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales and marketing for new townhome and condo developments.
  • Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage client relationships and provide professional guidance throughout the buying process.
  • Conduct on-site tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Coordinate with escrow, lenders, and legal teams to ensure smooth closing processes.

Qualifications

  • Active
    Washington State Real Estate Broker license
    (required).
  • Minimum
    3–5 years
    of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in
    new development projects
    .
  • Strong knowledge of the
    Bellevue and Eastside
    real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude.
  • Experience working with developers or in-house real estate teams is a plus.
