You will be responsible for documenting key moments, behind-the-scenes activities, and highlights that showcase innovation and brand presence. The focus is on delivering high-quality photo and short-form video assets tailored for platforms such as Instagram Reels and LinkedIn, ensuring timely delivery for immediate use across digital channels. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity for someone who thrives in live event environments and can work independently to meet tight deadlines.

Deliverables

  • Capture high-resolution photos and short-form videos throughout the CES 2026 event
  • Produce edited, ready-to-publish content for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels and LinkedIn
  • Document behind-the-scenes moments and key highlights that align with brand messaging
  • Ensure all assets are delivered promptly during or shortly after the event for immediate use
  • Collaborate with the on-site team to identify priority moments and content needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in live event content creation, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
  • Proficiency in photo and video capture, editing, and post-production for social media
  • Strong understanding of brand tone and ability to reflect it in visual storytelling
  • Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas during CES 2026
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver assets under tight deadlines
  • Professional communication skills and responsiveness
  • Availability for a pre-event call to discuss project scope and logistics
