Position Summary:

The
Marketing Manager's
role is to support the sales team with lead generation and manage all marketing efforts and events in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity, which includes assisting in all sales and marketing activities essential for the growth of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create & execute campaigns in Marketo & instances
  • Lead generation for the sales team
  • Manage event team and all events (webinars, tradeshows, CE classes, etc.)
  • Collaborate with design team on marketing materials (content creation, videos, website)
  • Direct mail campaigns
  • Collateral fulfillment
  • Brand management
  • Manage company memberships
  • Manage social media & SEO (organic and paid)
  • Manage online reputation
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Communication, internal and external

Skills and Specifications:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Critical thinker
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and other web-based programs
  • Data analysis/reporting: advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and database oriented
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage a remote team
  • Well-built skills in organization, prioritization and time management.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Ability to learn technical products
  • Work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Work under stress to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Travel: Ability to travel for events, est. 15-25% of time

Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 Years' Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
