Position Overview

We're seeking an ENERGETIC and PASSIONATE Functional Fitness Coach to bring their inspiring positive attitude to our team This dynamic role combines inspiring coaching with sales initiatives and administrative responsibilities in our functional fitness-centered facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead exciting functional fitness classes with contagious energy that motivates members
  • Conduct engaging initial fitness assessments with an uplifting, can-do approach
  • Drive membership growth through your AUTHENTIC enthusiasm and belief in our mission
  • Create an electric atmosphere that keeps members coming back for more
  • Contribute creative ideas to events and programming that showcase your passion

Qualifications

  • Functional fitness certification (CrossFit L1, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
  • Experience coaching group fitness classes with UNDENIABLE ENERGY
  • Strong understanding of functional movement patterns and mobility work
  • Exceptional ability to INSPIRE and MOTIVATE through positive communication
  • Natural talent for connecting with people and building genuine relationships

Schedule & Compensation
