About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Activation Team at Fora, where you'll design, manage, and scale high-impact programs that accelerate advisor performance and growth. This role will own the development and delivery of early-stage advisor programming–including our new advisor cohorts and Path to Pro (P2P) coaching program–while identifying opportunities to expand support across the advisor lifecycle.
You'll report to the Head of Activation and work closely with other cross-functional partners in Product, Membership, and Advisor Experience to ensure that every program we deliver drives measurable business outcomes. If you thrive on building from zero to one, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and creating programs that drive real behavior change, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & Ownership
- Own end-to-end management of early-stage advisor programs, including new advisor cohorts and the Path to Pro coaching program.
- Define and measure success metrics such as:
- % of eligible advisors enrolling in programming.
- Session attendance and engagement rates.
- Ongoing performance of participating advisors.
- Continuously refine programs based on data insights and participant feedback to improve advisor outcomes and satisfaction.
Program Development & Scaling
- Design and launch new strategic programs to support various advisor segments (e.g., specialized or advanced cohorts).
- Lead pilots, gather insights, and iterate quickly to identify scalable program models that enhance advisor activation and retention.
- Develop and manage facilitation resources–including contractors or coaches–to expand program delivery capacity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Product, Membership, and Advisor Experience teams to ensure alignment on program design, logistics, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with operations and data team members operationalize new initiatives and track success metrics across teams.
- Manage communications and touchpoints to deliver a cohesive, high-quality experience for all advisors.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Maintain operational rigor by documenting program processes, updating dashboards, and managing key project workflows.
- Use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to evaluate impact, inform decisions, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Drive efficiency through process improvements, automation, and continuous iteration.
- 6–8+ years of professional experience in program management, operations, or business strategy—preferably in a high-growth or fast-moving environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling programs from zero to one, ideally in a membership-, service-, or community-based context.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; confident leading sessions and coaching others to do the same.
- Demonstrated ability to design, operationalize, and iterate complex programs using both data and qualitative feedback.
- Experience managing contractors or external partners with a focus on coaching, development, or delivery.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action, iteration, and results.
- Collaborative and adaptable—able to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional teams with evolving priorities.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City; authorized to work in the U.S.
- Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and driving measurable impact through thoughtful program design.
- Familiarity with CRM and communication tools (e.g., Intercom) and workflow platforms (e.g., Google Suite, project management tools).
- Comfort using analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Omni or equivalent) to interpret data and track program performance.
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $100,000–$150,000 + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we're considering multiple levels for this role.
