Position Overview:

As a Server at Spring Hills Lake Mary, you will play a crucial role in delivering a luxurious dining experience to our residents. If you possess an impressive background in fine dining and a knack for exceptional service, we want you to join our elite culinary team that prides itself on excellence in every detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplary Service: Provide attentive and refined service, taking orders, serving exquisite food and beverages, and ensuring every dining experience surpasses expectations.
  • Table Presentation: Set up dining tables with meticulous care, ensuring the correct placement of fine linens, polished silverware, and elegant glassware to enhance the dining ambiance.
  • Resident Interaction: Engage with residents to understand their preferences, highlighting menu items, and guiding them through our upscale offerings with a warm and knowledgeable approach.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, adhering to health and safety protocols to maintain an inviting and pristine dining space.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in harmony with the culinary team and dining staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations, contributing to overall resident satisfaction.
