Position Overview

The Reuse Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring seamless program execution. This position blends customer success, account management, operations coordination, and logistics support. You'll work closely with our internal team and directly with clients to help them launch, manage, and grow successful OZZI Reuse programs.

This is a hybrid position based in Rhode Island, with opportunities for occasional travel to customer sites and industry trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Account Management

· Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing and production teams.

· Monitor program performance and provide proactive recommendations.

Operations, Shipping & Logistics

· Coordinate order fulfillment, packaging, and shipment of OZZI Collection Machines and reusable containers.

· Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with production planning.

· Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate timelines to customers.

· Collaborate with the operations team to improve internal workflows.

Administrative & Technical Support

· Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).

· Create and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.

· Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and data entry through QuickBooks.

· Support team projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

· Experience in customer service, account management, or operations support.

· Knowledge of inventory management or production coordination.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general spreadsheet functions.

· Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.

· Strong communication skills, proactive problem solving, and attention to detail.

Preferred

· Background in shipping and logistics.

· Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

· Interest in sustainability, waste reduction, or food-service operations.

Work Environment

· Hybrid position based in Rhode Island, with both on-site and remote working days.
