About the Role
As a Social Media Intern, you'll support the Social & Community team across day-to-day channel management—from content planning and creation to community engagement, and performance tracking. You'll get hands-on experience in the fast-paced beauty space while helping shape the brand's voice, look, and presence across Instagram, TikTok, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with weekly content calendars (planning, scheduling, and publishing).
  • Draft on-brand captions and post copy for IG + TikTok.
  • Help concept, shoot, and edit short-form video and stills (iPhone-friendly; CapCut a plus).
  • Source and organize UGC
  • Support community management: respond to comments/DMs, flag FAQs, and capture feedback.
  • Conduct social listening and trend research; provide timely ideas/trends for the team.
  • Pull performance metrics and compile reports with learnings.
  • Join team meetings and brainstorms; contribute fresh, platform-native ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for beauty, social culture, and what's trending on TikTok/IG—plus a refined visual eye.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable matching an elevated brand voice.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive,
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous social, marketing or PR experience preferred.
  • Basic photo/video editing (CapCut/Adobe/Canva), light production skills, or content on your own channels.
