Project Manager –
Pace Flooring Solutions is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of project execution. This role is critical in managing operations, ensuring seamless coordination between crews, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality flooring installations on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial flooring or construction project management, with the ability to lead crews, manage schedules, track progress, and resolve issues proactively. This position requires a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and values accountability, communication, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee job site operations for multiple accounts
  • Manage subcontractors, labor assignments, material deliveries, and schedules
  • Ensure safety compliance and project specifications are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project handoffs and updates
  • Track project progress and address issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial flooring or construction project management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working flexible hours
  • Proficient in project tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required
