We're expanding quickly and are hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to lead our content creation, brand voice, and social growth — while also supporting front-desk operations when needed.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who is both creative and operationally sharp. Your primary responsibility is to run all social media content, strategy, and daily posting — but you will also support front desk duties during slower content periods, acting as an additional guest-experience team member.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves interacting with people, and wants to be deeply embedded in the day-to-day life of a modern wellness clinic.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media (Primary Role)

  • Create high-quality daily content (Reels, TikToks, photos, stories)
  • Film and edit on-site treatments, wellness shots, IV drips, provider moments, etc.
  • Write on-brand captions that drive engagement and bookings
  • Develop content calendars for Rejuve Clinics + Rejuve Meds
  • Monitor trends and adapt ideas to the wellness/longevity space
  • Engage with followers: DMs, comments, reposts
  • Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators
  • Track analytics and optimize for growth

Front Desk Support (Secondary Role)

During content downtimes, you will:

  • Greet patients and create a welcoming clinic environment
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls
  • Help schedule appointments and answer basic questions
  • Support the team with light administrative duties
  • Maintain a clean, organized lobby and patient flow

This ensures you're immersed in the brand experience AND keeps clinic operations efficient.

Requirements

Social Media Expertise:

  • 2–4+ years managing social media for a brand (wellness/beauty preferred)
  • Strong experience shooting and editing short-form content
  • Fluent in Reels/TikTok formats and trends
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to produce content quickly and consistently

Professionalism & Front Desk Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer-service presence
  • Comfortable interacting with patients and explaining services
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor fitting a modern wellness clinic

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic analytics
  • Understanding of HIPAA-adjacent content requirements (training provided)

Bonus Skills

  • Paid social experience (Meta/TikTok Ads)
  • Basic design skills
  • Experience in a medspa, aesthetic clinic, or wellness space
  • Experience coordinating creators or influencers
