Responsibilities for Lead Medical Assistant

  • 2 yrs + Lead Medical Assistant in a high volume patient environment is required
  • Must have experience with eClinicalWorks and taking patient vitals
  • Experience providing friendly, compassionate care to patients of all ages
  • Ability to maintain a clean, courteous, and professional working environment

Requirement for Lead Medical Assistant

  • Providing leadership and direction to all employees
  • Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
  • Oversee employee schedule.
  • Conduct swab tests
  • Prepares specimens for pick-up
  • Demonstrates decisive judgment in an often-hectic environment
  • Work cohesively on team, independently with minimal supervision
  • Follows patient policies and maintains examination areas
  • Ensures tests are tracked, logged and care team is presented with results
  • Exemplify compassionate service for an excellent patient experience
  • Ability to interact with patients and families
  • High School or GED required
  • Must have Urgent care experience
  • Must have Emergency room experience
  • Immediate hire
  • Must be Certified MA with Urgent care or Emergency room experience of at least between 6months - 1 year
  • Pay rate between $19-22 hour
