Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.The Performance Manager has responsibility for performance management tracking and reporting within the Client's Business Effectiveness function inclusive of utilizing technology and reporting to optimize and automate leadership visibility into performance of the real estate and facilities function.What is day to day?Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Support KPI development to align tracking of global real estate and facilities outcomes to enterprise goals' trackProcess Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement optimization strategies within the performance management functionData Collection & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present real estate and facilities performance data to stakeholdersPromote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from JLL and link the account to emerging practices in the model, the industry, and the BI/data fields.Devise and promote creative data visualization.Performance Reviews: Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback on improvements to the performance functionEffectively track and monitor timelines, work-back schedules, and requirements for specialty global projects.Desired experience and technical skills - RequiredProject Management: Experience managing performance improvement initiatives and timelinesAnalytical Thinking: Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities; experience of extrapolating and visualizing data to drive actionable insights.Communication: Ability to present findings clearly to various stakeholdersProblem-Solving: Identifying root causes using data within the real estate and facilities function and partner with leadership to develop effective solutions to improve performanceAttention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data collection and reportingData Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsPerformance Management Systems: Experience with HRIS or performance tracking softwareStatistical Analysis: Understanding of statistical methods and trend analysisDocumentation: Creating clear procedures and performance documentationRegular reporting and updates to clients and colleagues, ensuring full understanding of progress, direction and expected results at all timesExperience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau)Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.5 years relevant work experience, 3 years of direct performance management preferredKey CompetenciesStrong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues proactively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)Work independently within responsibilities assigned.Process Management experience or demonstrated skills –Results driven – the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure we achieve desired results.Strong leadership, organizational and execution skillsEstimated compensation for this position:115,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
