Job Title: Chapel Hats/Just Fun Socks Store Manager

Location: Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu

What You'll Do:

  • Manage daily operations of the store
  • Drive sales to achieve profitability goals
  • Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Creating and maintaining a positive work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • A big personality—you love talking to people and making connections.
  • Experience managing a team
  • A passion for fashion, style, and all things hats and socks.
  • A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexible team-oriented candidate to help out any Chapel Hats or Just Fun Socks location as needed
  • Someone who's ready to think on their feet and bring a little extra fun to their day-to-day work.
  • Worked a year or longer at a previous job as a supervisor or manager
  • Has high integrity, is organized, experienced in customer service or retail sales
  • Works great with a team, always striving to improve the store and sales to the next level
