As a Receptionist, you will be the vibrant first point of contact for our organization, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors alike. Your role will be pivotal in managing front desk operations, and providing stellar customer service. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and administrative expertise will shine
What you'll do
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents to maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and effective communication.
Basic qualifications
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in front desk operations or as a dental/medical receptionist is highly desirable.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles will be beneficial.
