GREAT, because you are the exact technician we are looking for.. We are looking for HVAC Technicians with GREAT communication abilities that know how to set the call and the client up for success. We will teach you how to successfully present to your client and CLOSE on the solutions you provide while having support at you disposal. We provide some of the BEST one on one interactional training in our industry, from our solution sheet building to overcoming objection practices. We are determined to set YOU up for success and provide support before, during and after your call. If you love building relationships with new and existing clients but aren't able to do more than set the lead up for an advisor, we will give you that opportunity and show you how to MAXIMIZE it Our processes are tried and true, so we are looking for the RIGHT candidates add to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HVAC Systems and provide 5 Star customer service knowing how to inspect, maintain and diagnose HVAC Systems. Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose HVAC system performance and recommend solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Upsell additional HVAC services or products based on customer needs, helping them maintain or upgrade their systems.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the highest quality service and uphold safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and explain solutions clearly.
  • A natural ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and make recommendations.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and diagnose HVAC system issues.
  • Previous experience in any sales-driven or customer-facing role is a plus .
