As a Market Leader at Craft Body Scan, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of your territory business unit. Your role is pivotal in driving the mission to restore health and save lives by promoting preventative body scans. You will cultivate a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence, and drive revenue growth while upholding our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead your territory with empathy, reliability, and integrity. Demonstrate self-awareness and self-discipline in all interactions.
- Sales & Revenue: Devise and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue using cost-effective models. Lead the sales team by setting clear expectations, inspecting outcomes, and holding individuals accountable.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and hire quality talent focused on relationship-building, persuasion, and experienced sales cycles. Ensure the team is composed of skillful and motivated individuals.
- Training & Development: Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to team members. Offer tactical advice and add value to ensure continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
- Team Culture: Foster a culture where team members seek to prove themselves and eliminate complacency. Promote positivity, block out distractions, and sustain a motivated team environment.
- Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of operations, including tradeshows, speaking engagements, and customer service. Ensure the team follows processes, meets deadlines, and achieves targets.
- Emotional Intelligence: Skillfully navigate interpersonal relationships, manage personal emotions, and help team members thrive in a supportive environment.
- Versatility: Cover any gaps in management, sales, operations, and other areas as needed to ensure seamless business operations.

- Proven ability to sell and lead a sales team
